Self-taught and driven by a multidisciplinary background spanning design, creative strategy, and experiential art, Jacques approaches painting as a way to map the emotional architecture that sits beneath everyday life.
His mixed-media practice blends figurative forms, abstract environments, and symbolic motifs from nature, creating compositions that feel both intimate and expansive. Jacques’ work often integrates collage, layered texture, and bold yet restrained color, resulting in pieces that read like snapshots of the subconscious moments where human interiority meets the wider environment.

These paintings aren’t meant to explain anything; they’re meant to slow the viewer down, to create a moment where intuition leads and meaning surfaces on its own. By blending human interiors with the exterior world, I aim to show how our inner states continually shape the reality we see.
